Welcome to the East Penn School District's No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) website. This site has been designed with three purposes in mind: 1) to help the community understand the implications of NCLB, 2) provide a medium for posting the district's school report cards, and 3) to act as an informational resource page with links to external educational information.

NCLB will have a significant impact on education in East Penn and in districts across the country. The act stresses accountability, local control, and new options for parents. To read more specifics about the act, click here.

On the top left-hand side of this page is the category NCLB Report Cards. The links, pertain to the reporting of testing results for East Penn. The Letter from Superintendent link is an exact copy of the letter that was sent, with the corresponding report card, to each parent in the district. The State Report Cards link will contain information from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The District Report Cards link provides an overview of the testing methods used to create the school report cards. Finally, the School Report Cards section has links to the report cards of all 11 schools in the district. You will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to view the reports in these sections.

The other sections of this site are links to external NCLB and educational related resources. These are updated on a regular basis and are meant to assist parents and community members in learning more about NCLB and education in general.

The East Penn School District is continually striving to find innovative ways of addressing the educational concerns of the community. To this end, we hope you will find this website useful and timely.
