Advantages

Each elementary school can house a K-5 program

Eliminates the portable classrooms at Alburtis

Students from four elementary schools will attend Willow Lane

No students will be assigned to other existing elementary schools

Disadvantages

Willow Lane would be at near capacity

A rebound in the housing market in the Hills of Lockridge area may cause stress on the capacity of Alburtis

Some developments near Willow Lane are not included in Willow Lane sending area.
