CONGRATULATIONS FIELD HOCKEY: 2014 DISTRICT XI CHAMPIONS (26 CONSECUTIVE TITLES)

Gold tastes especially sweet for this years District XI Champions.

CONGRATULATIONS ABBY DALTON ('18) 11th PLACE MEDAL at PIAA CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIOHSHIPS.  Hornets finish a very respectable 15th.

Sr. TB Andy Davidson went over, under and through the Viking defense rushing for a school record 318 yds on 39 carries.  Davidson also scored 4 TD's increasing his season total to 8.


So. Kicker Carson  Landis names a 32 yd game winning field goal with 7:08 left in the 4th quarter.

Jr. TB Kyle Boney powered his way to a career high 191 yds rushing in the Hornets victory over Nazareth.

And they're off!  Emmaus girls opened the 2014 season with wins over Becahi, Liberty and Freedom.  Easton is the Hornets "buddy team" this year and did not count in the team scoring.


So. Todd Moxey was the top male finisher for the Hornets in the PTXC-6 Invitational at Kutztown University.


Jr. Katie Bacher was the top female finisher (6th place) for the Hornets in the PTXC-6 Invitational at Kutztown University.

Jr. DT Eric Miller (#67) and Sr. DE Tom Wagner (#48) stop Easton's.Shane Simpson after a short game.  In a game billed as the "EPC Game-of-the-Week" the Rovers easily handled the Hornets 35-7. 

THE E-BURG NORTH GAME (08/29/14)

Sr. TB Wil Miller breaks off 69 yd TD in the 3rd Quarter of the Hornets 41-7 opening season win.  Miller rushed for 191 total yds on 18 carries and had TD runs of 5, 8 and 69 yds.
