About Me
I graduated from Susquehanna University in May 2011 as a Music Education major, with a primary concentration in voice (soprano). I also completed a minor in English Literature, which took me abroad to the United Kingdom! Teaching elementary school general music is, without a doubt, my dream job, and I am positively thrilled to be joining the Wescosville family this 2011-2012 school year. If you have any questions or would like to get more acquainted, please feel free to e-mail me at abramnick@eastpennsd.org.

This is my graduation from Susquehanna University in May 2011.
This is me performing in my junior recital at SU, February 2010.
In London, there was a piece of installation art in which pianos were placed all around the city, with sheet music and instructions that read "Play Me." This is me, playing the piano overlooking the Thames River and the London Tower Bridge.
About This Website
Under "Assessments," I have included the rubrics I will be using in my quarterly assessments of students' skill development in music class.
Under "Chorus and Handchimes," I have listed all important information regarding rehearsal and concert dates for these ensembles.
Under "Curriculum," I have described my personal philosophy of music education, which I hope will inform families about the music program at Wescosville, both day-to-day and as a full program. I have also added yearly curriculum objectives separated by grade level.
Under "Links," I have added several websites which I think are fun for students looking to spend extra time with music at home.
Finally, under "Spotlight Composer," students can find facts about the composer we are currently exploring, including a bonus question. Students who look up the answer to this question on their own and bring in the answer will be eligible to win a prize.
