About This Course

Welcome to Technology Education with Mrs. Stevens. Every LMMS student will take Technology Education for one 9-week semester. Aproximatley 1/2 of that time will be spent with Mrs. Stevens. To see the subjects that each individual grade level will cover, please click on the appropriate tab above.

Technology: The application of knowledge and use of resources, in order to meet needs or desires, or to solve a problem.

Technology education is an exploration of technology and how we can use it to improve our lives and our planet. It is also an exploration of critical thinking and problem solving skills as well as providing valuable lessons on teamwork, cooperation, and resource management.
