BMI (Body Mass Index)

It is important to know your BMI and your child's BMI. Below is a chart used to calculate a child's BMI.  You will need to know your child's current height and weight to use the chart.

Click here to allow Kids Health to compute your child's BMI.  Again, you will need your child's height and weight to do this.
