My name is Brenda Ringer, Shoem
aker School's Guidance Counselor. Our goal at Shoemaker is to have all students in grades first through fifth gra success! To accomplish this, I will be working with teachers, parents, students. I plan to work in the classroom setting as well as working with students individually. If you have any concerns about your child inside or outside of the classroom, I am very willing to assist yo pport groups for Children from Divorced Families and Single Parent Families. These groups are intended to give students an opportunity to discuss their situations with peers, thereby letting them know that they are not alone. These are voluntary groups and an interview with the prospective student is a requirement. Confidentiality is stressed and practiced within the group setting. Our fifth graders will once again be afforded the opportunity to participate in the Community Service Club. We have lots of projects planned for the year.
