Calculators:
A calculator is recommended for this course. A four-function calculator with a square root key is sufficient, but a scientific calculator would be a good investment. Other features to look for: a 2-line display and fraction keys.
Notebooks:
The students will be taking notes, doing homework, as well as receiving handouts and worksheets. A large 3-ring binder, or section of a binder would work OR a folder(s) with prongs along with a spiral notebook. Being well-organized will pay off! Notebooks will be checked for points!
