Welcome to second grade language. We will have spelling lists, robust vocabulary, grammar and punctuation practice, guided reading and theme tests (the "big fat test".) 

We are finishing up a lesson, Lesson 23 the week of May 13.  The selection is "Bees."  We will test Lesson 23 at the end of this week .

Remember, every fifth lesson (5,10,15,20,25,30) is a review of the previous 4 lessons.  We have a theme test after these review lessons.

I have sent home the study guides for each lesson.  Study guides include spelling words, robust vocabulary words and definitions, and high frequency words. Below are the same guides.
