                      Math

Shoemaker has a continuous progress design for math.  This simply means students may be moved from class to class as needed.  Students are placed into one of the five third grade math classes based upon the results of a Fall Placement Test.  All 5 classes cover the same content but at differing levels of intensity and speed.  If you have any questions about math, please address your child's math teacher once he/she has been placed.
