Key Club Information Sheet
Here is the information that you will need for the upcoming school year.
Hand in your dues by:
Early Bird Special Dues - $16.00 : October 1, 2016
Last Chance Dues - $18.00 : October 8, 2016
Make checks payable to: Emmaus High School (Please include your first & last name on the memo line)
Service Hour Requirements:
4 hours are required for every month
All of the hours will be due the last Thursday of every month.
Service hour requirement exceptions:
3 hours every month IF you play a school sport (only during months it occurs) or are a member of the school plays or school bands.
A maximum of 1 hour will be allowed every month for non-Key Club hours.
Each non-Key Club hour requires a note explaining the event and a signature.
You MUST attend at least 1 meeting a month.
Meeting dates for 2016-2017: 9/8, 9/22, 10/6, 10/20, 11/3, 11/17, 12/1(Room 600), 12/15, 1/5, 1/19, 2/2, 2/16, 3/2, 3/16, 3/30, 4/6, 4/20, 5/4, 5/18, 6/1
Each meeting attended after that is worth ½ an hour of service
In order to receive credit for monthly service you must keep track of your hours on the Log Sheet at the meetings.
You must complete at least ONE Kiwanis hour during the school year.
Responsibilities of your officers:
President: Grace Harnett- Overall questions about hours and suggestions, runs meetings
Vice President: Austin Duddy- Attendance, oversees committee structure
Secretary: Jessica Harnett- Writes up hour service sheets, totals service hours, selects “Key Clubber of the Month”
Treasurer: Chris Pierno-Collects all dues, fees and fundraising money
Editor: Braedon Labar- Creates club newsletter, posters, and advertising for the club

Key Club will be using Google Classroom to update members on upcoming events, meeting information/minutes and to register your information as member of the club. Please use the code below to join the Key Club class. Once you join the class, you must fill out the Membership Information Form by following the link that is posted in the announcements. In order to be a member of the club, you must pay your dues. In addition to paying your dues, you must complete the Membership Information Form so we can process your dues through the PA Key Club chapter and Key Club International.
