This course will cover United States History topics from the Constitutional Period through the Progressive Era. Growth of Democracy, Westward Expansion, Reform, Secession, Slavery, Civil War and Reconstruction, Industrialization, Immigration, Imperialism, and the Progressive Movement are the major historical themes addressed.
