Fall Parent Teacher Conferences
Our parent/teacher conferences are quickly approaching. This is a very important time in the school year. The conference times provide an opportunity to review your child's progress and determine if there are ways for us to work together to foster academic/personal growth. Please review the following information before making an appointment to meet with your child's teachers (if you feel that a need exists): All conferences are by APPOINTMENT ONLY and are group (core team) conferences. A parent or teacher can initiate a conference. Conferences will be scheduled for a 15 minutes group conference.
Sign up will be through East Penn's on- line Moodle site . The window for sign ups is now open and will close on Friday November 16. In order to sign up with your student's teachers you will need your student's login information. The username is your student's ID and the password is the student's computer access number .The Moodle website can be accessed under quick link at the East Penn School District or the Eyer Middle school web page.
After signing on to MOODLE you will see a link for Parent Teacher Conferences. Click this link and follow the directions on this page.
The times for conferences are:
November 19, 2012 - 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday
November 20, 2012 - 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday
Please use the parking lot in the rear of the building between Eyer and Shoemaker when coming in for the conference.
