February Parent Teacher Conferences
Our parent/teacher conferences are quickly approaching. This is a very important time in the school year. The conference times provide an opportunity to review your child's progress and determine if there are ways for us to work together to foster academic/personal growth. Please review the following information before making an appointment to meet with one or more of your child's teachers (if you feel that a need exists): All conferences are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. A parent or teacher can initiate a conference. Conferences will be scheduled for 15 minutes (group conference).
New Process to sign up for conferences
In order to sign up to meet with your student's teachers, you will need your student's moodle login information . The window for signing up for a conference opens January 27 and close February 5th.The moodle website can be assessed under "quick link"you will see a link for Parent teacher conference schedule. Click this link and follow the directions on this page at the East Penn School District or the Eyer Middle School web page. After signing on the moodle you will see a link for parent teacher conference schedule. Click this link and follow the directions on this page.
The times for conferences are:
Thursday, February 7 ... 12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday , February 8 th ... 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. (no evening conferences this day)
Please use the parking lot in the rear of the building between Eyer and Shoemaker when coming in for the conference.
