This is my family.

Hi! I am Mrs. Patrice Arnold and I teach first grade at Shoemaker Elementary.

This is my 26th  year teaching first grade. I graduated from Allentown Central Catholic. I received my Bachelor's degree at Shippensburg University and my Master's Degree at Kutztown University.

I am a coach/advisor for the Northern Lehigh High School Dance Team and volunteer for many of my children's activities. I was a cheering coach and director for 12 years and involved in my Elementary PTO for 15 years.

I love teaching, turtles, tortoises, singing, dancing, scapbooking, photography, decorating, web design but most of all, I love my family. My favorite  past time is dancing at Zumba classes. I go to Zumba 2 to 4 times a week and love it!!!  I am married to Mike for 23 years and we have four  beautiful children.

Andrew is 22 and is a fifth year Senior at East Stroudsburg University. He is a former wrestler  at ESU and loves video games and sports.  He is studying sports management and has an internship this fall.

Ashleigh is 20 years old and a Junior at Eugene Lang College in Greenich Village in NYC. Ashleigh moved into  her New York apartment in fall and stayed all summer. Ashleigh loves to dance. She is studying psychology and one day wants be a dance therapist. She works at Apple Seeds in NYC and plans to study abroad this spring.

Alyssa is 18 and just graduated from Northern Lehigh High School. She will attend Kutztown University for the 2011-2012 school year. She is going for Elementary Ed and Special Ed. Alyssa was a cheerleader, and  co-captain of the Northern Lehigh High School dance team. Alyssa loves turtles (just like her mom)and we have three tortoises. She works at the Lehigh Valley Zoo.

Austin is 14 and will be a freshmen this year. Austin plays football and wrestles . He likes sports and loves to play video games. He spends many hours weight lifting  and playing PSP3.
