Kindergarten Registration
is almost here!!!

East Penn School District will be holding kindergarten registration for the 2012-2013 school year during the week of March 26, 2012. In order to be enrolled in kindergarten, your child must be five years old on or before September 12, without exception.  Parents may access detailed information regarding kindergarten registration at www.eastpennsd.org/Kindergarten/ .  If you are not able to access this information, please contact Mrs. Linda Iezzi in the Assistant to the Superintendent’s Office at

	Recycling at W.E.S.!
We have 2 recycle bins in the main parking lot for the recycling of paper.  Log onto www.PaperRetriever.com  or visit the W.E.S. Go Green Initiative
	W.E.S. collects Box Tops for Education!
Carefully cut out the box tops along the lines indicated on the package and submit them with your child in a clear plastic bag.  Make sure to have your child's name and classroom on the bag.  The PTO will be collecting the box tops through out the school year.
	Classroom Celebrations:
Individual teachers will determine and communicate their classroom procedures for birthday celebrations ~ on the day of the specific birthday, one celebration per month for all of the kids in the class, etc.  However, ALL treats will be non-edible ~ stickers, pencils, bubbles, etc.  Any edible treats will be sent to the office and will require parent pick-up.  Throughout the year, Mrs. Desiderio may make exceptions to this policy for special events.  Such exceptions will be made in writing prior to the event
	W.E.S. uses Bethany Church at 1208 Brookside Road as our emergency evacuation site.
